About

Hello and Welcome! I’m Rajeshwari! I’m 21 years old, and currently based in Nepal. For those of you reading this for the first time, thank you for stopping by. Hope you love this space as much as I loved creating it 🙂 For regulars, yes I changed my picture. New year, new me! 😛

As a child, I used to absolutely love the vanilla cakes that my mum made for us on special occasions. I guess that’s when I really started to enjoy baking with her. Being a tiny kid, I used to get on to a little chair and help my mother with baking (haha), and soon enough, before I even realised, I was baking on my own. (Although till date, nothing beats my mom’s vanilla cake.) Truth be told, even though I love baking, I don’t have a very sweet tooth. I mostly love the process, the delicacy & the creativity. It makes me happy and even happier when people enjoy my desserts 🙂 I graduated last year from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, pursuing a very boring course that I didn’t love. Which is when, I took to blogging to hone my baking skills and share my love for baking with like-minded people.

When I’m not baking, either I’m lying on my bed like a potato watching all sorts of crap I possibly can, or dancing like a mad woman (yes, hence the picture). Other things apart from baking that make me super happy are dancing and cuddling with my dog. Well, he’s too huge to cuddle but you get what I mean.

My Yummy Spatula is my creative space to experiment and play around with desserts and flavours. It’s a mixed bag of everything, sharing what I learn along my journey. From everything fancy to everything comfy, and something in between. Hope this space helps you in exploring your world of creativity and love for baking. To go on this journey, keep watching this space!

Happy baking all of you! 🙂

xx
